Almost full night of unable to sleep. No headache / pain though. Did savasana for 1.5 hours approx (from 4:45 to 6:28). Her snoring and my light sleep was a problem since everytime I tend to fall asleep - snoring woke me up.
Sleepless days since last week (2). Slept at 2 am on Saturday, did not sleep properly on Thursday and now sleeping at all illdefined times. One blog says that sleep only when you are feeling sleepy instead of going to bed at definite times. New problem

Increase in weight; Stool not returned to normal as yet
Procedures:
Small bowel manometry 01/05
Capsule endoscopy 01/03
Gastric emptying 12/27
After small bowel manometry, two days passed with a single (probably incomplete but did not matter that much) bowel movement. Meals were very easily digested.
From 01/7 to 01/09 - second bowel movement is very thing and pasty and difficult to evacuate. Sphincter goes in a spasm. At least on 01.09 - that may be due to less fiber since taking gajar halwa instead of fruits. Stool was definitely oily due to extra fats. No hard stools (small pellets )in the beginning though

Breakfast: Semolina with ghee / milk
Lunch: Bell pepper / potato + dal (no fruit)
Snack: Gajar halwa (0.75 cup) + Avocado + Activia + Dannon(100 + 150 + 100 + 100 = 450)
Dinner: Kaddu + dal (no fruit)
Valerian tea at night
Felt heavy after dinner since not hungry after dannon anyway.
Should start exercise plan to increase appetite
