Completing bowel movement in one go; improvement?

For the past 10 days, bowel movement completing in one shot. In fact, had urge for bowel movement after lunch also. On zelnorm once at night instead of twice.
Today was the first day of sluggish behavior again. Took two zelnorm instead of one.
Tendency for gas formation however continues. Requirement of walking at night also continues.

Loose stool ; reduction in weight

Loose stool observed in the past 4 days.
03/09 and 03/10 - Had mucus (and only mucus) in the second bowel movement
03/11 - Had a bowel movement in the afternoon
Weight reduced from 128 to 127. There has been probably a slight lessening of calories intake.
However, it may be be also because of conflict earlier in the week.

Talked to ayurvedic doc in desh. Calling again today. Not much insight though.

Gas (second episode)

02/26 - not proper food (no walking but food digested)
02/27 - normal food but no walking
02/28 - pasta (day and night)
03/01 -
03/02 - possibly gas.
03/03 - No issues in passing stool. No appetite but not full either
