Before coming over to India Wockhardt PT said that they will first reduce the pain and they will do trigger point therapy 1 week after landing: 1) Wockhardt physical therapist says SWD available. Trigger point therapy is not available. Got acute rectal tightness. Resolved by SWD. Urologists said not his case. Gastroenterologist said go back to US. 2) Homeopathy Dr Indira devi. Said anal fissure. She will cure 3) Referred to Dr Atle. Detected boggy seminal vesicles. Possibly due to two sessions of strecthing with PT. Pain shifted to right abdomen and testicle post semen test. Dr Atle said blocked ducts.Put on antibiotics. Pain shifted to left testicle after 4 days. Dr Atle said admit in hospital. 4) Went to Dr Manish Dubey Urologist at Wockardht. Said take muscle relaxants. Do MRI for pelvic
5) Went to Dr Kailash Kothari. Said Do MRI for lumbar Start on lyrica and amtriplyline
6) MRI revealed everything normal
7) Reduction in pain from Aug 29 - Sep 4
8)Stopped amtriplyin due to constipation
9) Celebrated birthday with return of pain
10) Started amtriplylin again
11) Went to Dr Patankar. Added cymbalta and xanax
12) No change with cymbalta
13) Stopped it after a week. Xanax (0.5) and 0.25 did not alter
14) Patankar says continue with the same medications
15) Went to Kothari. Said increase the medications. Then nerve block for D10/D11. If that does not work then steriods and then SCS
16) Went to Sanjay bhuiam. Said nerve block for genitofemoral/obdurator
17) Went to AB Shah. Said no nerve block. Local pathology.
18) Went to Gurang Shah. Said variocele
19) No variocele in Doppler
